I will definitely send all these letters today or tomorrow. But why are we not sending to all the service centers? Why only Texas? There are many cases at Vermont, California service centers which were never transferred to Texas. Would it not be appropriate to include these service centers in this campaign?

I just received my 2 year EAD. Priority date is Nov 2002 - EB3 -India. Well I guess that says it all. If USCIS thinks that Nov 2002 will take at least another 2 years then I dunno what about the rest. I didn't wanna think about EB2 porting being so close and spend another 10k, I guess just need to stop worrying about it now. :)

Call quality: Is not good as that of Vonage. But it is ok.

I don't think the madness will end anysoon, as Lou "Liar" Dobbs show is providing execellent TRP to CNN. And advertisers will put their money in shows that provide maximum coverage. Forget Dobbs, there are so many copy-cat imitators in all sorts of media - including print media - who have began imitating BALANT LIES tactics of Lou. You must be kidding me if you cannot make out the difference between an approval and an RFE. It clearly states "Your Case Status: Decision"... What more do you want?

makes sense now.. EB3 I was 3576 in 2008 due to the spillover rule change. For 2006 and earlier Eb3 and EB2 were roughly the same?

Several people on the forum seem to be getting fingerprint notices, EAD, AP etc. in mail.
I am one of the few July 2nd filer who has not seen any activity on my case yet..no checks cashed, no 485 receipt, no EAD etc. etc.
I am just trying to guage as to how many of us July 2nd filers are in this boat.... my 140 was approved from TSC, 485 was mailed to NSC..

Here is a summary of the bills, their bill numbers and the Sections:
Sen. Chuck Hagel's Bill (Section 202 of S. 1918)
-High-tech workers who have worked in the U.S. for 3 years would be allowed to adjust to permanent resident status without regard to the annual employment-based immigrant visa cap of 140,000.
-The spouses and children of immigrant workers would also be allowed to adjust status without regard to this cap.
McCain/Kennedy Bill (Sections 601 and 602 of S. 1033)
-Increases quota on EB immigrants to 290,000 to alleviate retrogression
-Recapture unused visas between 2001 and 2005
-Increase the per country limit from 7% to 10%
Cornyn/Kyle Bill (Sections 1001 and 1002 of S. 1438)
-Recapture of the unused visas between 2001 through 2005
-Removal of diversity visa and reallocation of these. Since this is mentioned under EB, the implication seems to be reallocation to EB but am not sure.
-Increase of the country limit from 7% to 10%
It is understood that there would be a merging of these to make the final comprehensive immigration bill

Correct me if there is a misunderstanding due to culture differences.
The flowers are by no means a complement. They pass them to other people and basically, they are forwarding the shame to them as well. Whoever receives it would feel offended. Don't you think so? :rolleyes:
If this is not the paramount of their stupidity, I do not know what else is. Oh wait, it is USCIS... who knows what other crazy thing they may do. :D
This is just getting better and better... Make sure get a screen print for future reference. Maybe a message should be attached to the flower too so that no matter who receive it, they will know who and what that is for. :D

You basically get an I131 which has all your immi information on it. It also includes your photo and validity period. There is also an area for stamping it when you re-enter the country. I hope this helps.

You are right, with second set of application I just filed 485, did not apply for EAD and AP.
every lawyer who has OKed multiple 485s has specifically asked us to apply for EAD/AP on only one of the applications.

For more information, we went to visit our home country and re-entered from JFK with no issue twice after 2004. We got H4 tranfered, EAD advanced Payrole too with no issue al all. Looks like "nunc pro tunc" is the solution according to Murthy. Anybody has experience with "nunc pro tunc" please post your experience. http://www.murthy.com/news/n_nunpro.html

01. Why in Form I-693 medical examiner submitted x-ray but no skin test (we did it because we had the TB vaccination in childhood and skin test would come positive and we had to take x-ray anyway) ---Not an Issue, we can answer that
02. Submit current dated EVL for your new employer. No issue. we can answer that
For my wife also asking for 2 evidences:
01. About the same medical issue.
02. Provide her non-immigrant status between Feb 2003 to Jan 2004.
I don't know what do. Looks like we are doomed. My wife came here with H4 in 2000, was provided I-94 from the airport for 3 years (till Jan 2003), we didn't know then that we have to file a I-539 extension for H4 extension (even couple of my friends had the same idea). We knew that as long as I am on H1, she would maintain H4. I came to know in Jan 2004 and then we applied for I-539. I know this is stupid but that what happened. Anybody has any experience please reply..please please. We are really sleepless this time.
