Though, it is unfair one can not do legally, as long as USCIS recoconoze the the job offered at desi consulting companies are genuine and real "fulltime permanant job". They may be gaming the system..it is their model of bussiness to make money..and it is well supported by lawyers, lobbyists and ofcourse benefit seeking employees. Looks like the HR has adjourned till Sep 22 without HR5882 being discussed. Are they putting it off for later this year or next?

we are giving USCIS options on how to deal with the campaign.
If they really do forward the flowers they need to think about seperating notes from flowers.
What will happen is - they will pluck the notes from the baskets and then forward the flower baskets as a batch to the vets. I am sure someone at USCIS is going to read the notes.

It is already there in change.gov. I have created long back in January and there were 470 votesup for that idea. I think now that will be in the President's desk. Only thing now we have to do is accelerate this so that it again reaches the Congress.

Not a good answer( but I reallly appreciate your frankness and I know you do speak for most of us here) and I have been doing exactly like this before 3 months. We must keep writing again and again and again. And make as many as we know also do it. It was when someone in this forum told me that I realized this and now I do it every week on change.gov. I write every week.
Obama will not come to you or me and tell us "Nice letter Sri, I read it and am acting on it". He gets 1000s of these everyday and in this economy and everyone wants to write to him., well except us who seems to have some comfort zone. we dont realize till its too late, and when it is, we create a new thread called " I got a pink slip yesterday". No offense,but we must act when we can, and before its late. Pink slip is more painful when you are on H1 than on GC. Right??.
Most of our folks (EB3) as it looks like want to wait.. scared to raise.. but dont realize they can contibute and help the economy.

I got an email from TSC mentioning that my file had been requested for review and to allow 60 days.
Also, I got a letter from USCIS (TSC) in response to the SR that my file was being actively worked on.
Is that the same as an officer reviewing the case? or that comes next after file has been requested.
Did you receive any email response from the Service center processing your case, after you raised an SR ?
If in that response..they mentioned that an officer is reviewing your case..then you should be safe..

Seems like there might be an internal memo or understanding between USCIS and DOS not to approve many Eb2 India 485 even though there dates are current, this is the only explanation I can come up for the lack for eb2 india approvals in October. Even with the limited number of visas every quarter I was hoping there would be lot of approvals because of Visa spillover occuring every quarter instead of once every year, but looking at the USCIS performance in the first week of october it seems like there wont be any quarterly spillover at all.
Even if quarterly spillover happens, it will happen in Dec - that's what I think - correct me if I am wrong.
I anticipated monthly EB2-I to be finished in two business days - more or less it appears to be (200 odds is a small number for India). Now I am waiting for prioirty dates - whether they show +ve movement and next month for approvals.

Hi,
I do not have medical records to prove that I have taken some of the vaccination that is mandatory for the medical test. However, I do have taken those and my Doctor back in India has those records. Is there a way people know that these records in "any format" / a "specific format" can be faxed or fedexed here and can be used?
Any help will be highly apprciated.

2) I just got my Bio appointment and i am all set with that. i received 1 week after the appointment date but we just walked in and got Bio with out any problem.
3) MY EAD is the only problem
As i mentioned it has been almost 2 years and its still pending. i gave my biometrics at that time and i received my AP for me and my husband. My husband (dependent) got ead but not me :confused:

Thanks guys.. there may be a good news to share.. not from authorities BUT from our client side.. will confirm the same before announcing it here.. also awareness and education works at times... please keep your client management informed about this laws and regulations.
